Home Instead’s “Best & Brightest”

On Wednesday, June 26, Home Instead’s Greg Bechard and Dan Gallagher were part of a four man team that took to the greens for Cane’s 7th Annual Charity Golf Classic.  “Sharing Without Merging”, was the event’s underlying theme as it was a joint venture initiative, cohosted by Etobicoke Senior Services and Peel Senior Link; part of an effort to improve home care and health care in our community. Proceeds will enhance present programs and services, as well as helping to support their latest in community service partnerships.

The dress code was Florescent and Neon Apparel, and it was obvious that our team was the best and brightest of the bunch.  In his own words Greg indicated, “The heat was sweltering, and it was the longest round of golf known to man, but we were able to keep our focus and pull it together.”  The team represented well, as Home Instead Senior Care was the Champion of the 2013 Community Cares Partnership Golf Tournament.  An engraved trophy will be presented and kept at each of the sites.
